Beginning in November we are now offering Yoga classes once a week. This yoga is intended to assist our athletes in flexibility, body awareness and coordination. This is an add-on package to the CrossFit membership.

Beginning in December we are offering a CrossFit "Fun Gym" Class for tykes ages 3-5. This is a 30 minute class. This program is designed to introduce the Preschool and Kindergarten tykes to CrossFit concepts. The class duration is relatively short and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills for the average 3-5 year old.
For children ages 9-14. Attend as many CrossFit Kids classes as you'd like, including our Family Class on Saturday's. These classes have different programming and are designed to assist the child in coordination, balance, agility, self confidence, teamwork and community.
This membership is for 3 or more people residing in the same household. All members have access to an unlimited number of CrossFit classes each month.
