All CrossFit  membership offered is unlimited membership! Attend as many classes CrossFit, Range of  Motion or Yoga classes as you'd like.

2 Week Trial

Two week trial of in person CrossFit workouts.  Register above and select 2 week trial option. No obligations, no contract. Choose any CrossFit class time, and exercise as much as you'd like. This offer is valid to those new to CrossFit.

Unlimited membership - Adults

Attend as many CrossFit classes as you'd like.  This is for adults ages 13 and older. You can choose any CrossFit class time! Get semi-personal training and coaching in small classes. 

Range of Motion

Range of Motion classes focus on increasing range of motion in your major joints, knees, hips, elbows, ankles, wrists etc. These classes begin with a warmup, then a focused range of motion, and finally a ROMWOD. These classes are offered twice a week.

Yoga

We are now offering Yoga classes once a week. This yoga is intended to assist our athletes in flexibility, body awareness and coordination. This is included in the unlimited membership. For non-members, there is a fee per class.

Bungee Fitness

For Bungee fitness, you can pay per class, or purchase a punch card. You do not need to be a member of the gym to participate in bungee fitness.
