These 45 minute classes are a fitness class that uses a combination of body weight and equipment exercises to increase heart rate and burn calories. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes, and bumper plates to incorporate some light weights into the workouts.
These are full body workouts. The class begins with a warmup, a workout and usually incorporates a core session, or skill session towards the end.
