
We offer numerous types of classes. Traditional CrossFit classes, SWEAT classes, Range of Motion, Yoga and Bungee Fitness. See descriptions below of all the classes. Try one, try them all!

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines constantly varied functional movements at high intensity, including elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. It aims to build a well-rounded fitness base and is described as a fitness philosophy that emphasizes community and high-intensity workouts. Workouts are scalable to all fitness levels and can include activities like running, rowing, biking, and bodyweight exercises. CrossFit is for all ability levels, beginner and seasoned athletes and it is for all ages!
These 45 minute classes are a fitness class that uses a combination of body weight and equipment exercises to increase heart rate and burn calories. This HIIT style workout is perfect for those training for Deka, HYROX, or just want to get their SWEAT on. Pay per class, or for an entire month, it's up to you. Join us to get your SWEAT on!

Incorporating of this programming into our training and recovery will allow athletes the ability to achieve further growth in all aspects of their fitness. These strength training classes are available twice a week.
Here is a little information about what you can expect...
ROM stands for Range Of Motion. This class is in place to assist in increasing range of motion, optimize athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity.
ROM Class is for everyone! This program was designed by CrossFitters to address the number one limiting factor of all athletes, their range of motion! But range of motion is not an issue that is present only in the gym. Range of motion limits everyone, and whether you are trying to get into better positioning in your overhead squat or you just want to sit on the floor to play with your children, ROM is the answer that your body needs to open and free your joints.
ROM is not just a "yoga" class. One of the most important differences between ROM and "yoga" is our focus on maintaining strength while increasing range of motion.

Bungee fitness is a type of workout that combines elements of aerial dance, gymnastics, and cardio. Participants wear a harness that is attached to bungee cords, which provide resistance and support during various exercises.
Benefits: Improves cardiovascular health, Strengthens core and muscles, Increases flexibility and coordination, Reduces stress and improves mood, and Provides a fun and unique workout experience.
